Reduce Dental Costs
The best way to avoid dental and denture costs is by maintaining good oral hygiene. Here are some suggestions to help keep your mouth, gums and teeth healthy:
Brush your teeth regularly, morning and night
Book in regular dental check ups, the longer you leave dental problems, the more $$ it can turn out to be;
Floss your teeth regularly, keeping those gums in good health;
Avoid going to bed without brushing your teeth, especially limit sugar and foods right before bed;
Be careful what you put in your mouth! As you get older, for various reasons, your teeth are more prone to crack and break.
