According to the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, almost one-fifth of Australian adults aged 65 and over have no natural teeth. Of those aged 65 and over with natural teeth, nearly half wear dentures.*

How Much Do Dentures Cost?

The cost of your denture is determined on a case by case basis, taking into account your individual needs and circumstance, and based on the complexity of the case.

We always quote our prices before we begin, this is covered in the consultation. We have a strong reputation for being fair and upfront about our denture pricing. It’s so important to be honest and upfront at the beginning of your denture making process.

We Don’t Do Surprises!

In 2021, it is reasonable to expect a full set of upper and lower dentures to cost between $2,000 - $4,000.

The cost of dentures varies around Australia, but here on the Sunshine Coast, our full upper and full lower denture price start at $2,900.00.

The cost of dentures can vary greatly, due to four main reasons:

  1. The number of teeth missing;

  2. The different materials used to make the denture;

  3. The design and techniques used to make the denture; and

  4. The level of difficulty and complexity of your individual case;

There are many different designs of dentures, and combinations of dentures. For example, you can have a partial denture that has one tooth on it or you can have several teeth on it. You can have a full upper denture and a1 tooth lower partial denture!

We base our denture prices on how many teeth are on the denture, what the dentures is made of and the level of skill and difficulty involved.

Example A 2 tooth partial dentures is going to be cheaper than an 8 tooth partial denture.
